Return Policy

If your package is damaged, you can report this to jan@drinkritchie.com. A customer service representative will help you as soon as possible.

How do I return my package?

Step 1: Notify us of any damage or problems within 3 days of delivery via jan@drinkritchie.com. Please mention your order number.

Step 2: Wait for an e-mail confirmation with all the info about a possible return.

Step 3: Wrap the package in a safe way and send it back to us:

Step 4: Once we have received the package, it takes us 2 to 3 working days to perform a quality check. We will then contact you by e-mail. After approval, we will refund your purchase amount using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
